How long does production take?

Most orders ship within 3-5 business days after payment. Bulk orders (50+) take 5-7 days. You'll get an email when your order ships, with tracking.

What if my print isn't right?

We'll reprint for free if the issue is a print defect (wrong colour, misprint, faded ink). Open a ticket from your order page with photos and we'll sort it.

Question 3

Can I change or cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

Changes are possible while the order status is PENDING_PAYMENT or PAID (before a partner accepts it). Contact support to request a change.

What is your refund policy?

Manufacturing defects: full refund or free reprint. Damaged in transit: full refund or replacement. Change of mind on a personalised product: not refundable (we can't resell a custom design).

How does pricing work?

Each blank product has a base price. The print method (DTG / screen / etc.) and design area determine the print cost. You see the full breakdown live in the design tool before adding to cart.

Do you ship outside South Africa?

Not yet. We focus on the SA market for Phase 1. International shipping is on the roadmap.
